Butler, Loyola and Detroit pick up USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team accolades

Butler University, Loyola University Chicago and the University of Detroit Mercy have been recognized by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for academic excellence.

In both men's and women's track and field, the Bulldogs, Titans and Ramblers own team cumulative grade point averages of at least 3.00.

The Butler men rank fourth in the nation (3.347), while Loyola places ninth (3.229) and Detroit 26th (3.140). The Butler women rank second in the country (3.547), while Loyola places 34th (3.349) and Detroit 64th (3.250).
