Cleveland State's Erin Martin Named Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Erin Martin put together back-to-back solid efforts for the Vikings last week, averaging 19 points, five rebounds and five assists. In Tuesday's win over Akron, she knocked down five three-pointers en route to a season-high 21 points. On Saturday against Toledo, she nearly recorded a triple-double, finishing with 17 points and career-highs of eight assists and eight rebounds.

The Vikings are now 1-7 on the season and will look to improve their record as they travel to Athens, Ohio to take on the Ohio Bobcats on Dec. 19.
