Detroit Men's Golf Completes First Round At NCAA Regional

South Bend, Ind. - The Titans men's golf team got their opening round in at the NCAA Central Regional hosted by Notre Dame Thursday before darkness suspended play. Three Titans, led by Kyler Murphy (right) are at +5.

Murphy is joined by senior Mitch Starr and freshman Mark Summerfeld with a scores of 75 for the first round. As a team the Titans shot a total of 304.

Missouri sits in the lead overall with a team score of 285. There are still several schools finishing round one.

Day two gets underway later this afternoon with the final round coming Saturday.
