Valparaiso

Nico Campbell

Hometown: Kingston, Jamaica

MediumNico Campbell tabbed his seventh shutout of the year at Northern Kentucky to tie for the second-most in a single season in Valparaiso history. Earlier in the week, he held No. 23 New Mexico to a single goal in the 1-1 tie and has earned results in goal in three-straight matches versus ranked opponents.


Oakland

Bryce Stroede

Hometown: Horton, Mich.

MediumBryce Stroede set a 8K school record for Oakland at the Bradley Pink Classic Invite with a time of 24:16.0. The junior placed 10th out of 249 fellow runners while also setting a personal best time in his effort.


Wright State

Jackson Dietrich

Hometown: Las Vegas, NV

MediumJackson Dietrich scored the game-winning goal against Milwaukee this past Saturday for Wright State. The freshman tallied two shots during the contest, with the his one on-goal finding the back of the net.


Milwaukee

Leah Holmes

Hometown: Superior, Wis.

MediumLeah Holmes placed 20th at the Bradley Classic for Milwaukee out of 267 fellow competitors. In the 6K run, the junior finished the race in a time of 21:11.2 to clock in a new personal-best, nearly 20 seconds faster than her time at the NCAA Regional last season. The Classic marked the third time this year that Holmes has led the Panthers during a meet.


UIC

Madison Pollard

Hometown: Grand Rapids, Mich.

MediumPollard led the back line for UIC this week to help the Flames record two shutouts and go 1-0-1. The sophomore defender was one of four Flames to play all 200 minutes across matches against Cleveland State and Oakland. A kinesiology major with a 4.0 GPA, she helped keep opponents to 26 combined shots and just seven on goal.


Cleveland State

Kalia Sargema

Hometown: Canyon Country, Calif.

MediumSargema scored both goals in Cleveland State’s 2-1 double overtime win against previously undefeated Northern Kentucky on Saturday. With 5:29 left in regulation, the junior scored the equalizing goal to send the match into overtime. Sargema’s second goal of the match came with just 21 seconds left in the second overtime, boosting her team-leading total to six on the season. The marketing major with a 3.29 GPA now has 10 career goals and is tied for sixth in CSU history.


Valparaiso

Emily Campbell

Hometown: Grand Rapids, Mich.

MediumCampbell had 57 kills and hit .321 last week as the Crusaders took two of three matches. She had 14 kills, zero hitting errors and hit .538 in sweep of Chicago State. She had 18 kills versus Cleveland State. She tied her career-high with 25 kills in the win at YSU, while also recording her 1,000th career kill in the match.


Oakland

Amanda Baker

Hometown: Neoga, Ill.

MediumBaker became Oakland's all-time leader in block assists during OU's win over Northern Kentucky on Friday. She finished wthe weekend with 10 blocks, tallying five blocks in both sets. She averaged 1.67 blocks per set as the Golden Grizzlies won both matches last week in straight-set sweeps.
