Swan posted at least one hit in each game, with two multi-hit outings including a season-high three hit performance in game two versus Youngstown State. The senior extended her RBI streak to five games after bringing in three runs in the series opener, three in the second game, and two in the finale.

Weissenhofer allowed just four hits and did not give up an extra-base hit in two shutouts for the Crusaders this past week. The senior allowed just one runner to get past second base in her two games en route to posting a 0.00 ERA and .093 BAA. In addition, Weissenhofer recorded her second and third one-hitters of the season.

Spurlin posted a 1.050 slugging percentage and .545 on-base percentage across NKU's five games last week. He went 2-4 with a home run and three RBI to lead NKU over No. 12 Kentucky, 5-4. He registered another three-RBI showing with a home run the next day in an 8-3 win vs Butler. He helped lead the Norse to their first HL victory on Saturday at Wright State when he issued a 3-5 performance at the plate. In the three-game set against WSU, Spurlin went 6-for-13 with two RBI and a home run.

Scholtens held Northern Kentucky to just one runs and three hits over seven innings Friday as the Raiders won 12-1. He struck out eight and walked two in improving to 4-0 on the season. Scholtens has struck out 44 batters in 45.2 innings, allowing just 37 hits and 11 walks, and has posted a 3.94 earned run average.

Neu earned multiple victories in the field events at the Yellow Jacket Invitational. With a throw of 70.96 meters the senior broke his previous school record in the hammer. Neu returned for his second victory of the day in the discus with a heave of 47.67 meters.

Abfall claimed first in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Big Blue Classic. The junior posted a personal record to win the event with a time of 9:24.20. His time now ranks 6th in Milwaukee history.

Starnes earned a first place finish in the triple jump at the Oliver Nikoloff Invite on Saturday. With a leap of 12.02 meters the mark moved her to second on the Horizon League performance list. The senior went on to set a new program record in the long jump, placing third with a jump of 5.78 meters. This mark is ranked first in the league during the outdoor season.

Garner crossed the finish line first in the 400 meter hurdles at the Big Blue Classic. Sitting at the top of the League in the event and 67th in the nation, the senior finished with a time of 1:01.74.

Schorsch was victorious atop both singles and doubles play versus Northern Kentucky last Saturday leading Valpo to its first League win.

Le Comber went 3-0 in singles competition this past week to improve to 11-3 at the No. 5 position on the season. Her efforts helped UIC go 3-0 in its first week of Horizon League play.
