Gaffney led Youngstown State to the team title at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational. The Penguins won the 14-team tournament by five shots, finishing with a total team score of one-under-par (851). The junior golfer finished second in the tournament with a three-round score of four-under-par, 213. He fired an opening round 67 to hold the lead after the first day.

Jensen set a program record as she helped lead the Flames to a fourth place finish at the Green Bay Fall Invitational. Her 54-hole score of 226 set a UIC program record and bested the previous record by 17 strokes. Her Monday round of 74 was the second-lowest round in program history and her Sunday score of 75 is third-lowest. The junior finished second in the tournament out of 41 golfers.
